The annual report of JSC FPC for 2023

Our Company is the national passenger railway carrier of the Russian Federation. We operate in 77 out of 89 regions of the country, transporting hundreds of thousands of passengers every day, ensuring transport accessibility and geographical connectivity of territories. We are constantly updating and growing in quality to give our customers the best possible travelling experience.

The goal of JSC FPC’s strategy is to fortify its standing as a major participant in Russian passenger transportation service while also adjusting to the ever-changing market. In order to do this, we are growing and refining our route network, upgrading our rolling stock fleet, using cutting-edge technologies, enhancing customer service, and reinforcing our ties with other carriers and travel agencies.

2023 proved to be a successfull year for JSC FPC. A competent marketing strategy, investments in infrastructure and technology development, efficient management, favourable economic conditions, and rising passenger transportation demand all contributed to the Company’s notable improvement in operating and financial performance during the reporting period.

JSC FPC’s corporate governance system is an important tool for ensuring the effective and responsible management of the Company in the interests of its shareholders, employees and society as a whole. It is based on the principles enshrined in the Corporate Governance Code of the Bank of Russia.

One of the most important aspects of FPC’s operations and a crucial component in accomplishing the Company’s strategic objectives is the application of sustainable development concepts.
